honeymonsterI learned some stuff while I made lunch:
Spoiled chicken broth smells horrible.
The Sassy cat likes the unspoiled kind a lot.
White pepper makes soups awesome.
Made cream of broccoli soup, which I love. I'd only had the store-bought kind (from the red and white can) since I was a kid, and I loved it. But the kind you make yourself is even better.
Unfortunately, soup making took up most of today's energy. I hate grit in my broccoli, so I cut it up first and wash each floret individually. This takes a while.
Plus, I was awake most of the night again.
Anyway, how are you? What's your favorite kind of soup? You know I love you, right?
