Got my father to take me to the arts and crafts store today because when I went into the attic last night to find the paper to use as endpaper for the book I am making my nephew, it was not there. Also, the tacky glue that had come with my book repair kit has separated, and I needed something stronger than my PVA.

Anyway, we did some other shopping too, and by the time we got back here my elbow hurt so damn much I couldn't actually work on the books I'm making.

Had to wait until I could put on the lidoderm patch before I could get anything done.

So tonight I cut pages for a tiny book I'm making for my nephew's mom, and glued the textblock for his book. His birthday was today. I have no idea when I'll get to see him next, as his father fucked up pretty bad and may wind up with only supervised visits for frog knows how long.

After I got that done, I made chocolate sauce from a recipe in How to Cook Everything. It was AWESOME. Much better than the Hershey's syrup. There is still a tiny bit left.

Hopefully I will finish the books I am working on by tomorrow night, and if I still don't have my scanner hooked up to a computer I will use Rona's and e-mail the files to myself so I can show them off at some point.
