Okay, here goes nothing..

Couple months ago, my father decided to go for two weeks without eating gluten and see if he felt better. He's been pretty sick for years now, thyroid problems and so on. After the two weeks, he said he felt better. Also I think he liked the challenge of finding new ways to cook.
Except recently it's gotten more.. intense. Now he pretty much refuses to touch wheat at all. I had to negotiate with him so I'd have a way to make pizza if I wanted it. It was kind of funny when Rona expected him to cook breakfast for the kids Sunday morning, but..
It's not like I want my father to stay sick. It's just that this is a pain in the ass. Just one more thing to deal with. I don't know.. if I make regular food, Rona gets snotty about how nobody else can eat it. But if I eat the special food, I'm being selfish because I'm taking food away from my father.
There's no more homemade whole wheat bread.. and the store bought kind sucks it.
But maybe the main problem is Rona's attitude. As usual.
