honeymonsterI spent hours (I am not exaggerating) on the Barnes & Noble website, trying to figure out what I wanted to get with the gift card Pete gave me. I dithered a great deal. I think part of it was the prices. I'm used to my wonderful bargain book sites, and the thought of paying full price, even on someone else's dime, frightened me.
But I got over it. I'm getting two books by John Wyndham! They only had the two, but that beats Amazon--last I checked, they only had one. Plus some stickers to make it eligible for free shipping and use up the card. Wound up kicking in $2.23 of my own money.
But all that time dithering worries me. What the hell?
