I woke up and ran to the john without grabbing my pants or glasses. Of course that was when Pete arrived with the kids.

Hmm.. sounds like everyone's in the kitchen.. (I scoot down the hall hoping nobody is around to see me in just a shirt and magenta underwear.)

I am reading Kathe Koja's short story collection. So far it's pretty damn good.
