AA battery for size comparison (couldn't find a penny).
The blue one is covered with paper I made with last year's present. The little one has accordion-folded pages. And the one with the illegible writing has tea- and coffee-stained pages. I screwed up on it, though. Made the cover boards too tall or the cover paper too short.. the endpaper doesn't cover the edges. Which sucks balls, because I wanted to give it to someone..

Big sketchbook for my big brother. Covered with pages from a Japanese comic book my little brother left in the attic when he moved out. Black endpaper.

Sketchbook for big bro's oldest daughter. Covered the boards with bookcloth, then put on the tissue paper. That stuff is a bitch to work with. Once again made the boards too tall, but it didn't matter.
