I've said before that the main secrets to tomato sauce are stirring and patience. I'd like to add these to the list.
Tonight I made chicken parmesan. It's a lot of work (especially if you have to keep sitting down, like me), but it tastes super-calla-fragil-istic-expi-ala-awesome.
And it turns out the Sassy one likes to eat the bits of sauce and stuff stuck to the plate.
