honeymonsterThe best way I've found to pick out novels at the library is to start reading the first page of the ones that intrigue you. If you find yourself wanting to turn the page, you've probably got a winner.
This is why I think every online book store should have a preview of the first page of each book they want to sell.
Though I guess in some cases, the sales would go WAY down.
This system is proving itself in that I have been reading books I REALLY like recently.
