pre-admission testing
May. 21st, 2003 05:53 pmI managed to forget the prescription slip for the ultrasound. So I asked for a copy when I went to get my packet at the doctor's office. They said, oh, come back when you're done with the testing..
So, down to the ground floor again, answer questions, briefed on policy and then.. the blood test. They missed my vein the first time, and didn't get much blood the second.. it was awful.
Back in the doctor's office I sat around while they were supposed to be getting me the prescription.. finally ten minutes before I was supposed to be in radiology they got it for me.
At registration I found out the insurance company has me filed under the wrong birthdate. More problems. And when I got there, of course my bladder wasn't full yet. But this time I get to drink more and wait for a while, as opposed to getting another vaginal ultrasound.
Tired!
