I've been reading The Golden Compass by Philip Pullman.. because I was curious and they were right near the Daniel Pinkwater. I've been hearing a lot but I didn't expect much. I'm enthralled, really. I'm even trying to figure out what my dæmon would be. I know I need some books for adults soon.. but really, a good story is just a good story.

The girls are no longer coneheads and we're all really happy about it.

I got nothing done again today. Aren't you proud? At least last night I made macaroni and cheese..
