The raspberry tart turned out very well and I'm considering trying to get a copy of The Frog Commissary Cookbook now. Of course, it'll be a long time 'til I can afford that, so I guess it's longhand copying for me. I can feel that hand cramp up now.

Unsalted butter smells like cream cheese.
