sleep and books
Aug. 13th, 2002 09:42 pmI slept from like 10:30 to 3:30. All I've had to eat today are some dried peaches. Goddamn pissants.
In some ways the hardback stab bindings are easier than the codex books I usually make, but in other ways they're tougher. For instance, there's less sewing, but since I can't work a drill without hurting myself, I have to get my father to make the holes for me. And when I'm doing a codex I fold the signature all at once, so I only have to do ten folds. With the stab bindings I have to fold each page individually. So it's a trade-off. But they do look nifty.
