hoo boy

This is my nightly ritual: brush my teeth, go to my bedroom, take off my pants, crawl under the covers, write in my diary, lie down with a book, read for a varying amount of time, realize that I am not sleepy, get up, play solitaire or something on neopets until I start losing because of stupid mistakes.. try again.

I started reading a book around 8:30 last night, and I was finished by about 3:30 this morning.. ack.

At least I'm seeing lots of crappy movies for the movieblog!

oo. Headache. oo..

Anyway, on a brighter note, I got my library card today! Woo hoo! Go me! ;> I am going to get there tomorrow and go for the fiction section this time. Moo hoo ha ha.

I get a lot of spam.. more than anything else. today I clicked the "delete all" box.. and just as everything vanished I noticed I'd erased an LJ message. It just said "re:", so I have no idea what it was referring too, and I can't remember what I've commented on lately.

I deprived myself of sleep so that I could get to the library today. Once there, I picked out eight books. These may last for a week if I budget properly. More likely, by the end of the weekend, I will be bugging my father to take me back on Monday. There are several books by favorite authors, including a new Dave Barry book which I hadn't heard about because, due to having no money, I've been throwing away my book club mailings without opening them for about six months now.

Next time, I'm planning on bringing a list of authors to look for.
