my scanner is making funny noises..

This isn't perfect, but it's only my second time with this style. I like the fall colors. It's bound single sheets of notebook paper.

help!

I have a problem. I bound a book with paper that had watercolor paint on it.. and now everytime I pick up the book my fingers turn blue. Is there anyway to fix this?
