books and memories

honeymonsterUmm.. today.. bound three books.. endpaper wrinkled on all of them, goddammit. Cleaned and boxed all of my junk from the living room to be moved to the attic until christmas dinner is over. I'll go into withdrawl!
My nana in Michigan sent me 50 bucks! Yay! That covers this month's comic order, anyway.. (Comics are the only luxury I spend money on, as I have found it's much more expensive to try and "catch up" after you've missed about a year's worth than to simply scrape up the money every month.) Frank Miller's new one is eight bucks an issue.. think I'll wait for the GN.
Found a bunch of photos while picking junk up off my bedroom floor. I may scan a few. There are birthday cakes Steve made for me, a pic of my bedroom when I was 17, the picture of the sidewalk stain from my worst nosebleed.. plus I found a great picture Steve drew for me of a vampire frog. You gotta see it, it's great.
Found another book where the movie based on it is better: Election. The guy who wrote it is a sick motherfucker. Teenage lesbians modeling lingerie for each other? Blech. Movie's good, though..
