soup and spades

My Uncle Steve is visiting. He's fun, but kind of a pain in the ass at the same time. I made cream of broccoli soup tonight. It was pretty damn awesome. Next time I'll make a whole batch.

We were just playing cards. They begged off because they were tired. I almost won--twice.

Actually, I'm kind of tired too.

sometimes the peanut butter cups have two paper sleeves

We got seven trick-or-treaters this year. That's six more than last year. Word must have gotten out about the peanut butter cups.

I have a patch on but my elbow still hurts like hell. Probably better than not having the patch though.
